1937-38 Starved Rock Area Council Annual Report

This annual report for 1937-38 was put out by Council Executive Lloyd Shafer.  It enumerates the ongoing effort to grow the movement, raise funds, hire personnel, maximize communications with the public through the printed media, and most importantly the camping and advancement program.  Thanks to member Wilbur Williamson for locating and loaning us this program for digitizing.  Read more:
